American Standard 4C Series Cast Iron QD Sheaves For C Belts
4C series 4 groove QD bushing pulley is used for C, CX, belt, and CC v belt; Their diameters range from 7.90 inches to 50.40 inches. Depending on pulley size, they use SF, E, F, or J QD (quick disassembly) bushings, which we also have in stock. Most of our 4C QD pulleys are high-strength grade 35 cast iron, phosphate coated, and coated with anti-corrosion paint. All these are balanced at the factory to ensure the machine’s smooth operation.

Features and advantages of American standard pulley
1. The belt is a kind of elastic body which can reduce the impact of load and operate stably without noise
2. Overload will cause the belt to slip on the wheel, thus protecting the whole machine
3. The grooves of most American standard pulleys apply to several different belt types, and the belt design and application are relatively flexible.
4. There are many American standard pulley grooves and tapered bushes. Some pulleys and bushes can be installed at the front and rear, which has become the solution under severe conditions on different occasions.
5. American standard pulley and tapered bushing can achieve accurate balance control and good transmission performance.
Warehouse inventory
The warehouse covers an area of 5000 square meters and can provide various A/B/C/Z standard models with total quantities and a large inventory. At the same time, different non-standard customized drawings are accepted. The daily output is 10 tons, and the delivery time is short.
